Our Mission
The Mission of the St. Benedict Technology Consortium is simple: We exist to improve the access to and integration of technology in educational and non-profit organizations throughout the Archiocese of Chicago.
The reasons for our creation are many, but perhaps the most important ones is the belief we have in the quality and importance of values-based education, and our admiration for everyone working in service and non-profit organizations. Often highly skilled, deeply passionate educators are encumbered with a lack of resources to support or implement technology. We believe that virtually every educator and non-profit staff member can have twice the productivity of their public-sector peers, because they have the drive and the passion to leverage every tool they have available. We find it an honor to be able to provide and help them leverage those tools for the amazing work they do every day.
